A few years ago, my immediate family and I agreed to simplify our Christmas gift-giving by randomly selecting one person each to give a gift to. This approach has made Christmas shopping much easier for us. To streamline this process, we needed a tool that could assign each of us a random gift recipient anonymously.

After mistakenly updating my old iPhone 5s to a version that couldn't install Mega Jump — a game I used to play every now and then for nostalgic reasons — I found myself unable to revisit this amazing game. The solution was obvious: I had to create my own version.
Although still a work in progress, it's fully functional and playable using either a keyboard (A+D to move) or on mobile devices with PWA support. There's also a more extensive rewrite in progress, though I've shifted my focus away from it recently.
